Adventure-based coaching

let's go live a little while we figure it out.

You don’t need a couch to work through hard stuff.
You need movement, momentum, and someone in your corner while you practice “real life.”

These sessions are coaching-style and adventure-based — which means we can talk things through while you’re:


  • grabbing coffee
  • walking around a park
  • sitting at the library
  • bowling
  • running an errand that makes you anxious
  • or doing it all virtually from your own space
     

We’re not just talking about growth. We’re practicing it.

Virtual and in-person options available.
(If we go somewhere fun, you just cover the activity cost.)

what this is (and what it's not)

This is for you if you want support with:

  • feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally “full”
  • confidence-building and people-ing again
  • boundaries (family, relationships, work)
  • anxiety habits and avoidance patterns
  • ADHD / executive dysfunction (task initiation, follow-through, routines)
  • life transitions, identity shifts, burnout, “what am I doing” seasons
  • facing fears in real time (gently, safely, at your pace)
     

This is not therapy, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness.
If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, I’ll help point you toward the right resources.

One of the most powerful things about having a dog is that they regulate us, challenge us, and mirror us.


Confidence, boundaries, anxiety, structure, consistency, dogs and humans grow in the same ways.


If you’d like to include your dog in your session, we can:

  • Work on leash confidence in public
  • Practice calm exposure reps together
  • Build structure and leadership skills
  • Strengthen your communication
  • Navigate reactivity or social stress
  • Turn daily walks into growth reps for both of you


Sometimes the work isn’t just about the dog.

 Coaching is about progress, not diagnosis. We focus on skills, strategies, and action steps that move you forward. When you work with us, you gain a partner in accountability and a guide who sees the climb ahead. And if the trail gets too steep, we’ll point you toward the right support.

Payments accepted include cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip. We offer a cash discount of 5%. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If challenges arise that are outside of our scope, we will provide referrals to licensed professionals. Session prices do not include the cost of third-party activities (e.g., admission fees, rentals, or food/drinks for Adventure Coaching). All sessions are held virtually or in public spaces as agreed upon.
